Scheduling Announcements to Post Later

You have great news to share with your community, and you have a scheduled time to share it. Schedule in advance to make sure everything goes out on time:

1. When creating your announcement, locate Section 5, SCHEDULE, and toggle the “Schedule this announcement for future posting” to ON (will appear blue).

2. Select Publish Date
3. Select Publish Time
4. Select Timezone
5. Click “Publish Announcement.” Don't worry! It will not publish until the scheduled time.  

6. If you want to edit the announcement after you have scheduled and published it, you can locate it in the announcements tab the admin panel--and edit it as you would with any other announcement:
