Sometimes you may encounter an issue that we cannot replicate as we try to get a solution for you. In these cases, the best thing you can do is give us as much information as possible when you encounter the issue:

We want to solve your issue as quickly as possible, and the best way to ensure a speedy resolution is to provide as much information upfront as possible. 

  1. Are you noticing a trend where a certain type of action triggers an error? Tell us more about what is happening right before your problem.
  2. Tell us as much as you can about your issue. For example:
    1. What browser are you using?
    2. Is your operating system up to date? What version are you using?
    3. Have you tried to clear your cache yet?
    4. What other steps have you tried so far?
