How to Reset Member Passwords & Resend Welcome Emails.

This article will show you how to resend a user a welcome email and reset their password.

Resetting a Password/Pin Code:

  1. Login to your system Control Panel
  2. Tap on Members in the left hand menu
  3. Search for the member whose Password/PIN you would like to reset
  4. Tap on that member
  5. Click Reset Password or Reset Passcode (Depends if you system uses email or phone number logins).
  6. If you, are a phone login you will enter a 4-digit code of your choosing and click save. This will send an SMS message with that code to the desired user.

Resending a Welcome Email

  1. Login to your system Control Panel
  2. Tap on Members in the left hand menu
  3. Search for the member whose Password/PIN you would like to reset
  4. Tap on that member
  5. Click Resend Welcome Email
  6. Select yourself as the email sender (This allows members to reply to you via email with questions)
  7. Send!
