Reset Member Passwords and Resend Welcome Emails

If a user has never logged in, or needs a new password, you can reset member passwords and/or resend a welcome email.

Resetting a Password/Pin Code:

  1. Login to your system Control Panel
  2. Tap on Members in the left hand menu
  3. Search for the member whose Password/PIN you would like to reset
  4. Tap on that member
  5. Click Reset Password or Reset Passcode (Depends if you system uses email or phone number logins).
  6. If you, are a phone login you will enter a 4-digit code of your choosing and click save. This will send an SMS message with that code to the desired user.

Resending a Welcome Email

  1. Login to your system Control Panel
  2. Tap on Members in the left hand menu
  3. Search and select the member or members you want to send a welcome email to. 
  4. Tap on With Selected Members, and select "Resend Welcome Email"
  5. Send!
