If a user has never logged in, or needs a new password, you can reset member passwords and/or resend a welcome email.

Resetting a Password/Pin Code:
- Login to your system Control Panel
- Tap on Members in the left hand menu
- Search for the member whose Password/PIN you would like to reset
- Tap on that member
- Click Reset Password or Reset Passcode (Depends if you system uses email or phone number logins).
- If you, are a phone login you will enter a 4-digit code of your choosing and click save. This will send an SMS message with that code to the desired user.
Resending a Welcome Email
- Login to your system Control Panel
- Tap on Members in the left hand menu
- Search and select the member or members you want to send a welcome email to.
- Tap on With Selected Members, and select "Resend Welcome Email"
- Send!
