Reset a member's password, and/or resend a welcome email

If a user has never logged in, or needs a new password, you can reset member passwords and/or resend a welcome email.

Resetting a Password/Pin Code:

  1. Login to your system Control Panel
  2. Tap on Members in the left hand menu
  3. Search for the member whose Password/PIN you would like to reset
  4. Tap on that member
  5. Click Reset Passcode (for systems that use phone numbers for usernames) or Reset Password (for systems that use email for usernames) 
    1. When you click Reset Passcode you will enter a 4-digit code and click save. This will send an SMS message with that code to the desired user.
    1. When you click Reset Password, that member will be sent an email with a link for choosing a new password. It's a good idea to verify the email address associated with that member account while you reset a password.  

Resending a Welcome Email

  1. Login to your system Control Panel
  2. Tap on Members in the left hand menu
  3. Search and select the member or members you want to send a welcome email to. 
  4. Tap on With Selected Members, and select "Resend Welcome Email"
  5. Send!
